Sentiment Analysis of Participatory Dashboard

Integrating Public Opinions into Spatial Planning
This project involved the development of a participatory dashboard connected to a WebGIS platform, enabling users to submit feedback, comments, and reactions to urban planning proposals. Using natural language processing (NLP), we performed sentiment analysis on the collected responses to classify public opinions as positive, neutral, or negative. The results were visualized spatially, allowing planners to identify sentiment trends across different neighborhoods and stakeholder groups. This tool supports data-driven and inclusive urban policy-making by mapping emotional responses to planning scenarios.

Note: The WebGIS platform is currently not fully functional due to temporary API access restrictions.
